As soon as I pulled in my driveway my headlights cut out with the car still running. I hit the brights and they flashed on and then cut out. All of the other lights work except the headlights now. I've checked the wire harness, the connection. Nothing. Any ideas?

 

I would replace dimmer switch on floor.
There is a built-in circuit breaker on light switch ad you might unplug one headlamp
If same results appear, change dimmer switch
If one light stays on, then replace lamps as the pair draw too much current

 

Thanks I'll try it. The fuses are good too. If I apply a lot of pressure to the bright switch on the floor the brights come on. As soon as I lift my foot off they cut off. I'm sure you're right in that it's the switch connection
