Default 69 RS Grille & Hideaways

Newby here. I recently purchased a 69 RS project. I wasn't looking for an RS but the deal was right. i actually like the std grille better (Don't shoot me !) and I would like to convert to std grille and headlight assembly (no really don't shoot me !!) Is there a "kit" to do this ? I would consider swapping or selling the RS parts to get a std grille, sheetmetal/plastic surround and headlight buckets. any suggs...

Default Grill Kit

DB 69,
As you know most guys do just the opposite, go from standard grill to the rs. The aftermarket has caught on as they offer complete conversion kits to do just that go from standard to rs. I have not been able to find a complete standard conversion kit meaning you will have to piece meal the kit together which isn't all that bad since the moving parts, or the lack there of on not present on a standard girll. Classic Industries offers five different 1969 standard grill kits (not a complete conversion kit) really all they are leaving are the head light housings (buckets) and some hardware which as you guess you can by individually. This kit may require a different head light wiring harness you will want to double check. I have purchased 3 RS kits from them over the years and have been happy with the quality. I see Camaro 69 may be able to swap you out that would be cool if that doesn't happen let me know I restoring a 69 rs/ss and will be shopping for the headlight pieces.

Really? I hope that there is some kind of complete standard conversion kit so that we don't have to gather up the pieces for the desired grille insert.
