67 has the Wing window in the door (see my sig). 69 is the only year for the "gills" infront of the rear tire. If it does not have the wing windows or the "gills" it a 68.
that is just a 69 rs camaro. the z/28 emblems are add on's. if it were a true z it would have a cowl hood and the spoilers on it. it would also have the classic stripes on it.
By the way, the cowl induction hood was an available option only for the Z/28 and SS models, not an automatic tack on. And the rear spoiler was an automatic add on for the Z/28, in late production models. So yeah, it could still be a true Z/28 rally sport, but only the owner knows for sure.
There is no doubt that it an original 1969 Z/28 RS....it was the only model that came stock without windshield wipers! (joking)
In today's world the only thing you can be sure of is that it is a 69. Z/28? RS? Only the original firewall numbers hold the truth.
