It is just my opinion but I would be will to bet that car falls under the "not worth fixing" catagory. It is only an RS and in need to floor and rocker. This falls into a car that should only be done by a pro. It needs built on a jig and the cost will be greater then the car would be worth when done. In fact it would be cheapest to just use the title and vin tag and buy a danacorn replacement body. This is the exact reason they make them.

Like I said I have been seeing this rag top project being passed around for years. People buy them dreaming of a restore then they do the research or get the quote to do the body work, back up for sale it goes.
