I am converting my 69 Camaro from a standard grill to an RS. I have the fender adapters welded in and the headlight assemblies in and when I have the grill installed, the doors do not align correctly up and down (hits grill). Is there any instructions for aligning all this up?

 

you have to enlarge or redrill the holes on the rad support, take the bolts out that bolt head light bucket to rad support and loosen bolts that go to fender adapters, line up everything ,with grille installed, then mark rad support with marker to see where holes should be.

 

This was a B*TCH for me too. It just took some enlarging holes and muscle to get it to finally work out.
