68 project No trim tag
I bought an engine less 68 camaro with no cowl tag, vin says it's a v8, car is in great shape must have been restored in the 80's or 90's, I have the warrantee tag that's glued to the rear page of a book, says it's to help dealer with warrantee issues, engine mounts on the car are sbc with no part # but a pair of mounts found in the trunk are BBC with a part number stamped on them, is it possible this could be a BBC car? Any chance this warrantee card can reverse lookup anything?

The engine stamping # that was stamped on the engine block (plant code, date of engine assy, and engine code) is on that protect-o-plate. As per your photo, it is to the left of the photo. Probably begins with a T (Tonowanda), The rear axle code is below it. HOWEVER, that plate in the photo is for a 68 2 door Chevelle built in Baltimore!
