68 Camaro with fold-down rear seat
I am picking up a 68 camaro with no interior but was told that the car is a fold-down rear seat model (because of how the rear seat bracket is situated?). Anyway, I have heard that scoring one of these fold-down seats might be costly and difficult. Any suggestions on this? I am inclined to go with a regular rear seat for cost savings, but I have also heard that a fold down rear is a rare option for a 68 which might make it more valuable to spend the extra on the "correct" seat.
Any input is appreciated.

there is no interior pieces at all? if you had the quater panels in the back and they had armrests then you have a fold down rear seat car. finding one isnt that hard, finding one for the right price will be though. also the fold down is diffrent beteen the coupe and convertible. my 68 is a standard rear but i accuired a fold down rear with the arm rests and all the brackets for a good deal. you could find a 67 rear seat and just recover it with a 68 cover.

Jump on this Cal....I have a fold down and it's a great option to have. I took my frame apart and had the carpet frame powder coated white to match the deluxe interior...looks sweet!
Hook this up!
