Having trouble aligning passenger door window.

Problem - Rear edge of window has 1/8" gap at bottom of window. Can't seem to get it adjusted to eliminate gap.



Door is aligned pretty good with the body. Passenger door has a new skin on it.

Any tips?

I don't know if it's the camera angle, but to me it looks like the door isn't closed all the way, or not pulled in far enough by the latch mechanism.

 

For that picture the door wasnt completely closed. But even with the door closed I have a gap of about 1/8".

Reading some other posts last night I need to try and adjust the rear quarter panel glass.
