Default 67 protect-o-plate

I recently acquired a 67 conv. While trying to decipher the plate, I noticed something odd in the Eng. Prod. Code. It is V0323ME. I cannot find the plant for the V. I can only find definitions for F,T,S,R,K. Also the trans. # is T7C17N, I can also decipher everything but the N. Can anyone help a bit. Thanks

V0323ME = Flint motor (flint engine plant), march 23rd, 327ci 210hp 2bblcarb with powerglide.
Can't find anything for the 'N' either.
Got a picture?

F is for simply 'flint' and the V is for 'Flint engine plant" I dont thing there is a differance, as much as GM,GMC, Chevy or Chevrolet- all the same thing just different names, you know.
