You are within Driving distance for Denny's. I would recommend taking the drive to his show room. He is only open evenings and weekend. He has been restoring these cars since the 80's. He is real picky about what he sells because almost all of his busines is repeat customers and he knows it will be him at the counter when you bring it back.To bad he is not better with Web pages.

and no I have nothing to due with Denny's. When I first got my camaro it was a bank repo. I was missing so many non-wear parts that were not reproduced at the time. Denny went above and beyond to get me what I needed used. I really felt like he want to help get my 67 back on the roadnot just sell me stuff.

Sounds like Gorn has the hook up DrPepper. I second the ricks suggestion, but it sounds like you should check out denny's first. Post up some pics of that 1st gen when you get a chance.
Thanks guys I am sure I'll have a million posts by the time this car is done!! Here are some pictures of how it sits right now. It was ready for the junk yard. We had it media blasted to bare and it looked like swiss cheese. It has a new complete floor, quarters, trunk lid, trunk floor, rear window surround, and so much other stuff. It is 2008 corvette met red.

I use PhotoBucket then just post a link. If you use their "Image Code" it works seamlessly. With this site you need to change the cap IMG to lower case.
