Default 67 cruise control

I have a 1967 RS/SS 350 automatic with factory cruise control. I've restored everything on the car and it's apparently rare. Question is my cruise control doesn't work as it's the only part I've not restored. Does anyone know how I can test it and where I can send it for a rebuild.

You're right, speed control was not a common option in 1967. According to The Camaro White Book, only 305 cars were equipped with the option and it required an automatic transmission and a V8 engine. This is covered in 1967 Chassis Manual under Accessories. I've attached a pdf file I found that may help troubleshoot the problem.

Default 67 Cruise control

Thanks for the reply, I'll perform the checks recommended. Any idea who might know anything about rebuilding the regulator?

Sorry, no idea. I searched on teamcamaro.net for information and only found one discussion about air filters for the RPO K30 option.

I suggest checking vacuum connections and servo itself.

I found some information in the 67 Assembly Manual that may help with the speed control system. It shows the parts involved and where they're located.
