67 console seat belt clasp storage location

I'd appreciate information on console seat belt storage anchors. I've got the parts but haven't located information on correct location or hardware requirements.

I have and orginal 67 console and have no idea what you are talking about. I have noticed the 69's have nice seatbeal storage in the console. Maybe the 68's do to. But for my 67 the belts just lay across the seats.
