Default 67 Camaro question

Hi all, I'm new here so bare with me.

I have a few questions about a 67 Camaro I'm interested in buying, I hope someone on the forum can be of assistance.

I've been told it has a 350, 4 speed manual, 12 bolt rear end and it was (not anymore) originally Black with Gold interior.

Here is the info off of the cowl tag, if that is helpful, and I will also list the VIN # and a # that is stamped on the motor. OK....

Cowl Tag info...
09E G
ST 67 - 12437 NOR 13343 Body
TR 709-Z A-A Paint
W 2LG 3-S
5Y

VIN # 124377N113163

Motor is stamped V1020NV

Can anyone translate the above information. She is going to take time and money to get her back in shape but I am willing to do that for the right car.
The current owner claims it's a rare, number matching car.

Thanks in advance,
Peter

Thanks for the replies !

It could be MV, I'm going back today and try to get a better look. What would the MV mean ?

Was this car supposed to be a 350 motor ? I sure hope so

Thanks again to all who replied, I will have alot more questions as this project moves forward.

the only problem is that MV would be for a PG trans not a 4sp. and to know if it is the motor that came with the car ,there should be another set of numbers next to the ones you wrote down and should have the same numbers as the last numbers on the Vin#

Read through these sites, they will tell you most everything you would want to know about Camaros and Chevy motors

350 was part of the SS package. I thought that was the only way to get it?
