I started restoring my car with my dad when I was round about your age. Few pointers from problems I had. Come to the realization that you'll NEVER be done with it, EVER, I don't care if everyone tells you it's perfect. Also, don't forgo food money to buy a new part or get something done on the car. Did that in college and not many people seem to understand the whole "spent my last dollar on primer for my classic car" excuse.

Otherwise keep it up, looks like a great project car!

Its my baby but i also have a 1958 corvette to worry about. My dad is sitting back and making me do ill the work she will be drivable in a mouth probly

Sorry it so long to update ill have pics tonight. The car runs now all I need is a shifter. The body work is almost complete id say 1 to 2 mounths. Now back to the motor, here are the stats
Badger pistons
202 heads
Stock rods
Lunatti race cam ( I think it has a lift of 502)
Gear drive ( not sure what brand

Welp a update ( I forgot about the thread) We pulled the 327 the wrist pins were messed up. Were building or going to build a 383 stroker for it. Thats in progress but its painted. Gold with black racing stripes( we still have a ton of polishing to do but it looks danm good, also the spoiler needs repainted.
