I have a '67 Camaro w/4 seasons A/C. I assume that that it air conditions & heats. It cools very well but no heat. Can anyone explain how it is supposed to work & if it should heat, what my problem might be.

Check the TEMP cable ensuring it moves the door so incoming air goes through the heater core. You should feel resistance as the function is mechanical.
Heater hoses are warm?

 

Are your heater hoses hooked up to the heater core in the engine compartment?
