Yes it is. DZ is a late 1968 through 1969 production 302.
V is the Flint engine assembly plant
05 is the month
13 is the day
Look at the drivers side bellhousing flange for the casting date, to tell whether it's a 68 or 69 block. There will be a letter (A-L = 1-12) and two digits, indicating the month & day. Then a space, and either an 8 or 9 for the year.

Yup a DZ 302 Z28 motor,only made 3 years and only in Z28 Camaros,very few '67's and less '68's than '69's by far so more than likely a '69.

According to the Chevy book I have there were 602 Z28's built in '67 and 7199 Z28's in '68 then in '69 over 19,000 of them (19,024) .

If the vin numbers are still on the block you should post them on every Camaro sight. If that Z28 still lives it would be worth a lot of money to the owner. It could turn a 35K car into an 80k car.

Since DZ with May build, a '69 engine.
Take the VIN and post in the www.camaros.org/Orphans section as the Camaro owner may have the original engine back.

If you're buying this engine, be very careful. People mess with the numbers to make it look like a 302 to get more money. It's fraud.
It seems more often than not, the attempts are not done correctly and if/when you go to sell it, that's when you will find out you got scammed.
You should post a picture of the engine stamp it and let the experts way in before you buy.
