Default 3-speed shifter

Hello everyone. This is my first post and fist of many questions.

So to the point. I have a 69 camaro with a 307 and a 3-speed on the floor. i dont know which model the trans is but I know it is not the Heavy duty version. Anyway, I was looking to get a new shifter sence the one I have now is showing a lot of age. Id like to get a hurst shifter but I havent seen any for a 3 speed, only 4 speeds. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hurst used to make a very good shifter for the 3 speed boxes, had one in my 58 Imp. Don't know if the still make them, may want to give them a call.

not to bust your bubble but..........throw that tranny out, it is junk.

sorry but that's the truth. a basic lowest grade cheap 4-speed would be better
