Keep an open mind. I'm not crazy. Like the old Corvettes that I play with, there are plenty of originality purists out there that would be very interested in the use of OEM/NOS parts should I decide to sell one day. Your are aware that REAL, documented Z28's like mine, if restored to such standards, are selling for $70,000 and up, aren't you? Whose the crazy one? Is it worth it to save a few hundred bucks and invite installation troubles?

My bodyman has done several '69 Camaros and claims that the Goodmark fender has a poor fit/finish. Said if you want the gaps to look right, you'll spend some money on labor. Now, this is his statement to me, but he is a long-time friend and has lots of experience. Good luck.

Thanks CC700 for the info. This is atleast the third time I've heard of problems with Goodmark. I'll keep checking around for an original.
