If i wasn't such a computer idiot i would give you the link. the last 6 of my vin (not to be confused with the cowl tag by fisher number) is 525117 which would give it a sept 68 build date. It is a real big block super sport but also has no X code. cars built dec 68 and after with the last 6 numbers of vin around 569987 had the x code tag

 

It does have 4 leaf springs. It is a pre December vin number 124379N546xxx. Special paint - B on the cowl tag. Painted butternut yellow with black stripes and a black vinyl top. I still can't post any pics of the car, i'm not approved by the addmin. How can I tell what manual transmission I have? I can see parts of the side and some of the tail shaft.
