Default 1969 Cross Ram

Does anyone have any documentation or is aware of what Cross-ram cost in 1969 if you ordered it from GM OR through your local dealer?

Thanks,
Paul

What I've seen in print is that it was a $500 over the counter item. Should have stocked up on some, would have made for a heck of a good retirement package: 1968 Camaro Z 28 302 Crossram Intake Carbs Dated 4 10 68 | eBay

Yes, dealer installed option.
Heartbeat is a good vendor, but for the present price/bid,
I hope they include nuts and washers for the carb studs and bolts for the top plenum plate to lower intake.

That price is a bit nuts. I've seen other complete NOS setups as high as $15k back when the market/economy was stronger, but others at $10k as recent as a year ago. Still, even that is crazy. Would make more sense to me if that was a rare factory installed option, but it's not.

Agree, I just wish I would have bought IBM & McDonald's stock in the late '60's...
Better investment then

Thanks all so far, Pretty crazy what the current prices run. However, I am trying to determine what the price was back in 1969.
Thanks,
Paul
