I just bought a 1969 camaro. The seatbelts need to be put back in. I just want to do the front seats for now. There is new carpet installed. The outside belts are in. How do I locate the bolt hole near the driveshaft hump. Thanks, Jerod

 

Go in from underneath the car and use a long scribe or something sharp to stick through.
