Hello everybody,

I have 396 block 3916323 casting number
H 16 7 casting date
T0912MW build date
18L303336 VIN
which indicates a camaro block.
There is a "T" cast under the casting number along with
the words HIPERF
TRUCK
PASS cast into aft side of the RH cylinder bank. My question is does this indicate a truck block that GM used for the camaro application or is this an unusual application ???
As far as I can tell the block has NOT been decked and restamped.
There is also the words "HIPERF PASS" cast in to the oil filter pad.
