Has anyone installed a Camaros Central powersteering box conversion on there 67-69? I'm concerned that the new box will hit my headers or other unknown problems.
Any guidence oit there?

Negative on the Camaros Central box, but we did something similar. First though, I'm not sure you supplied enough information to be able to provide meaningful analysis. So, a couple questions: Small block or big block; steel-tube headers or stock exhaust; if steel tube headers, make and model. And what model of Camaro Central steering box, if there's more than one?
Personally, I chose to stay true to the original steering and purchased a Red Head remanufactured power steering box (redheadsteeringgears.com). My ’68 has a 396 big block and Hooker Headers, and yes, we had an issue. The original set of headers looked beautiful, but once the engine was installed in the sub-frame, #5 tube proved unfriendly, with hard contact between header and steering box:
The mechanic at that time did a “custom by crash” cave-in of the beautiful brand new ceramic-coated header, but once I mentioned this to the owner, he took a look and got on the phone with their supplier and found that Hooker makes a different set that re-routes the #5 cylinder tube high around the box, while still diving under the clutch assembly:
1st Gen - Great photos. Sorry I didn't give enough info. I am clearly a newbie. It is a small block 327, no A/C. The headers are stainless (I can not find the make/model, will keep looking), the camaros central part number is POW-54.
I am not familiar with the Read Head power steering box, is there any input if its a better product than camaros central brand? Was modifying the headers difficult to make it fit?
I can’t speak to the quality of the Camaro Central steering box, as I am not familiar with their products. The kit you reference certainly looks complete, assuming your engine conforms to their cautions. As far as Red Head’s remanufacturing quality, they were highly recommended but since my Camaro is still being restored, I have no actual experience there either. I certainly like what I read on their website concerning their rebuilding methodology, and my Camaro is being restored in an extraordinarily professional shop where they have used a fair number of Red Head boxes, without any issue to date. I would suggest spending some time on the Red Head site, and perhaps contacting them, if you are curious. I’ve talked to them on the phone, asked a lot of questions, and they are very friendly. I wanted some reassurance about their processes, and since I was raised by an old-school US Navy machinist, I at least understand a lot of machining issues.
If you are sold on Camaro Central steering boxes, you might take some measurements of your actual engine (such as distance from outer edge of existing header tubing to edge of sub-frame where the steering box attaches) and contact Camaro Central to determine if there will be adequate clearance. I do think that a 327 is a couple inches narrower than my 396, plus smaller-diameter tubes, so that may well help, assuming my memory is any good.
I might note that we actually replaced the headers to solve my problem. That is seldom an easy solution if the engine is in the car, but fortunately for us, the entire sub-frame was free-standing, so it was a relatively simple operation. Just spendy.
most common conflict with SBC and PS in a 1st gen is #5 header tube hits stock steering box. Denting the header is typically the solution.
IDK about Camaro Centrals box but have heard good reviews on Red Head boxes on multiple car forums. LEE is another good source for boxes
For headers on my 67 SBC with factory PS my Patriot headers clear just fine. They are mid length and will not work with Z bar clutch but fine with automatics
