Question please: Trying to find a 1968 replacement front grill in black. All the obvious sites & vendors sell them in grey and require painting… Any resources where I can purchase one that’s already black - it’s plastic - why does this seem to be hard to find? Any help would be appreciated!

 

If it were me, and I'm pretty sure I did this when I had my 68, buy the grey/silver grille and use Krylon semi flat black spray paint. That's a pretty close match to the factory black.
