they are vigil lights, a very rare option, they have little light in them that is connected to the blinkers, they flash with them to let you know they are working.

Weren't the vigil lights part of the U46 (fiber optic) light monitoring package?

i think so but like most options i think they could be seperate. ive seen a couple where they just had the vigils

I used to have a 72 Dodge Dart that had them.
Many Mopar models from back in the 60's and 70's had the fender top signal lights.

I've only seen them on 68 camaros never a 67 or 69
