Need Opinion On Rims

Hi guys. I am absolutely clueless when it comes to cars. I purchased a 2011 Camaro 2SS for my fiancé for his Birthday. I would like to replace these rims before surprising him with the car. Being there are no stores open during this madness, I can’t ask him, and can only purchase online..I need help. It’s probably the dumbest question on here...can anyone tell by the pictures what size these rims are? They are also asking me about staggered...once again I’m clueless
