3.91
Sp to make sure I go through with it I post up. About to order the 3.91 from phastek. Waiting on a estimate from the dealer for the install. The gears are $290 so I dont see spending another $300 for the 4.11, plus these are supposedly GM OEM.

Okay, the date is set, 5 Feb. Then weather permitting track again on the 10th. Finally broke into the 12's with my setup. CAI, Catback, Diablo can tune, and BFgoodrich sport comp2 (my first time running them too). 12.888 with a 1.997 60 ft. Cant wait to see how these gears change that up.

So they are in and I can tell a bit of a difference already. Gets up to RPM's much faster, now I am looking for 7th gear. I only drove right home due to an appointment, and the break in (300 miles) is going to be tough to stick too. It feels a bit tighter too, with the new bushing in. The track will be the true test though.

Finally made it to the track, and am a little disappointed. Best run was 13.06 @ 107.6 with a 1.96 60'. I made 12.88 @ 107.2 with a 1.99 60' (my best yet) without them. I think the combo of more spin on 2nd and the additional shift balanced out the gain the gears get me. Like I said they definitely pull harder, I guess I just have to work on the driver now.
