I just bought a 2011 2LT RS and I can not figure out what the control is that is to the right of the headlight ****. It is a wheel you can scroll up or down. My salesman said it is a dimmer switch for the interior but it does nothing when I scroll it. Please let me know what this switch does.

Also, how do I turn on my fog lights? I can only get them to go on when I hit lock on my key/remote.

 

The 2LT RS does not have fog lights, but only daytime running lights and HID headlamps.

 

Does'nt it dim instrument panel?

 

Yes, when you push up or down, it will dim the inside lights. Just takes it a while to start dimming or brightening up. Patience. It works great.
