Anybody ever had a Tune done on the V6 2010 camaro?

Default Anybody ever had a Tune done on the V6 2010 camaro?
There is a shop on Raleigh, NC that say they will dyno and tune my V6 for 400 bucks. Question 1. Is 400 a reasonable price for a tune? 2. What kind of gains should I expect?
