Question Repair Concerns

I am looking at a 2010 2SS Camaro. I have listed the work I found to be done and I am wondering if the repairs seem like huge red flags to anyone??

I would be concerned about the ignition problem.
Was it stolen??

The tranny controller was replaced twice in one mth id be curious as to why
