Default 6 speed auto woes.

I'm a new owner of a 2011 v6 lt1 (or 1lt) with 6sp automatic transmission.

1st problem winter 2023... transmission refused to stay in gear one morning. Struggling to get above 10mph.
went around block and back into driveway.
Had it towed back to dealer.

This was its 3rd time getting towed back to dealer.
First and second times were for leaks/overheating issues (dealer covered everything)

This time they tell me it needs a transmission.
they put in a rebuilt one with a 3 year parts only warranty. (In addition to the dealer warranty on vehicle)

This vehicle is my daily driver and I can easily put on 400+miles a week.

Last month, (Feb 2024) after many hours on the road, it starts acting up again... shudder shifting like it can't decide what gear to be in.
Up shift down shift all over.
Sets v2 and v3 valve codes. Also torque conv codes.
I get home by forcing gears in manual mode.
Next day at mechanic, can't duplicate the issue.
Had them install an inline filter to help monitor fluid quality.
mechanic found transmission was 3.5 qt LOW!
No leaks could be found! Engine coolant shows no signs of contamination either!
(I think the dealer under filled the transmission when they changed it out!)

two days ago...
Early in my day in route to see a client, engine acts up! Engine light starts flashing, running rough, I pull off the road, I smell a burning smell, I shut everything down.
Smell goes away. I scan codes with a "fixed" device.
It had an engine code for the oil pressure switch. (Stuck high)
I don't know if that effects the transmission performance or not. (Had that fixed this morning with my oil change)

After that experience the transmission was very slow to enguage 4th gear. Even in manual.

I ran it the rest of the day, put on another 200 miles.

my mechanic checked the codes... it had the oil pressure switch high engine code, and a v3 transmission. Code and a torque converter control valve code.
they removed the inline filter to check for contamination. (Looked ok) reinstalled again.

Said drive it and see what happens.

I need some camaro specific experienced advice on this. I cant use my warranty on an issue thats not duplicateable.
