I installed a Metra Dash kit with a Kenwood Double Din. The Kenwood has GPS - AM/FM/SAT Radio - Backup Camera - CD/DVD Player - Bluetooth

I'm new to this forum and fairly new to car fi. I'm installing the Kenwood DNX9980 with the Metra Kit as well. Adding a JBL Powered Sub and BOYO Back Up Camera. All is going well with the install but I have a few questions.

Where did you mount the Kenwood GPS receiver and what was your cable path?
Same question about Kenwood Mic?
Did you have to buy the CASR20V adapter for SiriusXM?
Do you have a back up cam? Where did you pull power from?
