Pulling Out Key In Neutral for 2011 with Auto Trans
HOA and board of directors have nothing better to do than target my currently registered 2011 Camaro that's parked on the street for more than 72hrs.
"Stored" vehicle they call it. We have 6 cars, 2 in garage, 2 on driveway, and 2 on street.
I keep a cover on it because the neighborhood is devoid of large trees.
I just worked out a deal in the street with the security guy.
He'll mark the tires, and I just move the vehicle 12" every 72hrs.
However, the PITA is removing the car cover (which has retaining straps and buckles for wind), starting the car, etc etc.
I want to keep it in NEUTRAL and use wheel chocks and simply push the car forward or backward.
This thing does not release the key unless it's in "PARK."
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
