I've been a member of the Corvette Forum for a number years and have a C5 Z06. My wife and I are thinking of trading our 2002 Z06 for an SS/RS in 2011 and we were wondering if any member has sold or traded from a Corvette to the 2010 Camaro? If so what has your experience been like? Also, is Chevrolet considering a Z28??? Thanks for your time.

 

can't help on the vette part...but the Z28 is rumored

 

Thanks for the above answer. Did a search and saw some pics of a proposed Z28. May be something that GM is thinking about for release in 2011. I can only guess that the price tag will be way beyond what I can afford but we'll see.

 

I had a 2003 corvette, and I bought a 2010 ss camaro. The vette handled a little better but not much. The camaro has probably as much power as your Z06, if your vette is low milage I would keep it.

Nov 2011 was the original planned release date, but I hear that will be moved up a little sooner... All that HP won't come cheap though....

It isn't official - I know the person who will be making such an announcement when the time is right.

Also keep in mind TRANSFORMERS III Will be released next summer....How cool it would be to have the Z-28 at about the same time
