I just bought this car sight-unseen from Copart and I need some help before I drop it into my 1969. Check out this video and see if you can tell. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

It does have a lumpy cam sound. Look at the bolts that are holding the aluminum timing cover on. You should be able to tell if they've been tampered with (sightly rounded or shiny corners). If so, someone's been inside it.
