Inferno Orange
IOM with white stripes looks awesome!!! I ordered a 2SS/RS on 05/04/09 in IOM with silver rally stripes & IO interior. I didn't know it was available with white stripes cause it didn't show that option on the 2010 chevy camaro website (and still doesn't)and i already placed the order when i found out about this website and saw some pics. Oh well, silver stripes should look cool too!

Beautiful Color... How does the color change look on this thing- I remember when I worked at a dealership and we had a blue/green color-changing Trans am. Looked AWESOME!
I figured this would be the same, yet more subtle... anyone know for sure?
That IOM is what I originally wanted, but the wife saw the pics of the BLACK ON BLACK and she want's one bad!
We built one on the website, but she wants black rims. Black Black Black! Kinda Scary!
She even called her mom all excited! I found out later that her mom had a '67 Black on Black! (or was it a '68, she couldn't remember. Sucks getting old!)
Z-Ya!

The orange isn't really "color-changing" like the blue-green used to be; but it does have lots of metal-flake (I took a close-up of the paint if anybody wants to see it) This car happened to be a factory demo with Michigan plates and was getting shipped back to Detroit. It was the first new Camaro I'd seen and it had an orange insert on the dash that ran across and got wider towards the passenger side...sorry, by the time I got back with my camera, I couldn't get back inside the car. I'll be building another garage this summer, so won't get my new Camaro until next year; holding out for a Z28 with my fingers crossed...and yes, it will be inferno orange!
