I got a hold of my salesman today and he said I'm at 3000 Not sure how long I've been there or how long I'm stayin. . . but I'm movin up!!!

 

thanks! yeah i agree the gray stripes would definitely be sharp...i didn't order it with any stripes to begin with because i figure i can always do it later, which i will probably end up doing

I was considering getting the gray stripes as well once it came in, I think they would accent the wheels perfectly, but I'm also thinking of getting blacked out wheels. . .so we'll see

 

If by blacked out, your refering to the Midnight Silver that come in the RS pkg...as shown in the above sig, they are nowwhere near as dark as they are depicted on GM's website.

 

Yes, I have seen them, that is what I was referring to when I said the gray stripes would match, though I was thinking about getting blacked out wheels (after the fact since it is already in production) and if I do that, the stripes would not match in the same aspect

well. . .it could be 7/27 but im not getting my hopes up, i received my order number over the telephone and didn't quite understand one of the digits, so I have two numbers it could be I went to the new feed on camaro5 for tracking and gave him both of my numbers, one it tpw 7-27 and the other is 8-24. . .so im planning for 8-24 so im not disappointed when i dont get a call at the beginning of august

hmmm good way to plan ahead and not be disappointed maybe that's what i need to start doing in my obsessed wait! lol hmmmm but i was going to tell you that from looking at all the other forums and all the members' postings of the event codes, production occurs VERY consistently 4-5 weeks after event 3000 unless your car is stuck in Q/C for a while (quality control), which if you think about it isn't a bad thing because i would rather have them bang out all the bugs and then get it in tip-top shape ...

so in my optimistic opinion for both our sakes i'm pretty sure our production dates will be around 4-5 weeks after event 3000....again all optimistic speculation!! my status is still 3000 according to the tracker on camaro5 and my dealer

congrats though you at least have a TPW, which i don't yet!! hahaha
