Download SonicStage to put music/videos on it, it's really a crappy program, but it has a directlink and is easy to use.

 

you dont even need a program but windows media player. all you do is get a card reader but the memory stick in it have it pop up and go to windows media player and put the music on it just like a CD. for pictures when you first put the card in the reader theres a pop up click the one to view everything and you drag the pictures look in the manual you have to make folders in the card for the psp to read it one is psp music and the other is photos i think but double check.
