This rant is almost as bad as the first. The point of this forum is to discuss the love for Camaros (and Firebirds) whether it be a '67 or '12 and seek and give advice as it is requested. Not to attempt to put others down by bragging about how many you own or how their sitting in a garage being babied when they should be out getting driven which I would do even if it was a one of one car. It's all right to show off your car on here, but bragging is stepping over the line. Do I like the 5th gens? Not really. But I still respect it as it is, a Camaro.

To the OP, did he win that race?

I dont think that the camaro gets better because of government requirements, it's better because gm needed to make it better to be comparable to other cars in the free market, government regulations only make the car more expensive with stuff that no one really wants like airbags, black boxes, (the new ones coming reportedly will add $5k to the price of a car), onstar so the govt can spy/ track you/ disable your car off remotely, oh yeah, you never saw that?? they even bragged about it.

that fact is they can do this with any car with OBDII or newer, that's a secret they didn't want known like the fact they required all cell phones to track your location since the 1996 Telecommunications act, like always they claim it was for safety. The gpvt cant even make itself better, the only thing they get better at is throwing our money into the toilet faster, those clowns sure as hect couldn't do anything of value in the free market. That's they have to run around with guns to force us to pay them.

My car is only used on weekends,or special occasions, perhaps one day per week to work hardly racking miles. I use my truck for daily driving. Both are enjoyable, but neither as satisfying as banning you. buh bye

Rombama... uhh.. he wasnt talking to you... but thanks for the comments. Oh, the onstar GPS in phone thing.... yeah, you might want to see someone about that slight case of paranoia.

And now that the thread has been completely hi-jacked, the OP off line, users banned and opinions given. We are done here.
