Looking to sell my Z06 and replace it with a new supercharged Camaro. Does anyone have a supercharged/trubo Camaro, if so which supercharger or turbo are you using and what what are your thoughs on it. Pics would be great.

You'll definitely want to add some HP, I traded in my 2008 Z06 a few weeks ago, for a 2011 Camao SS RS, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss the power. I like the Camaro, I really do, but it just doesn't stuff you in the seat like the Z06 does. Of course after I bought my new Camaro last month, one of my local dealerships got a brand new Supercharged Camaro in on their lot, this is what the ad says about it.

i bought a new 2011 ss m6 took it to nickey chicago, they superchagerd it now it has great power!!!

 

Which Supercharger Flem? I am going with the Edelbrock setup on my 2011 Synergy Green M6 SS.

Most common supercharger I've seen and read about on various forums is the Magnacharger TVS2300. The Edelbrock E-Charger Kit is in use also, but it sees lower HP than the Magnacharger.

 

GM Performance Parts offers a s/c for the LS9. I assume this would work on the LS3 or L99. I would also assume that if GM installed it then warranty would not be impacted. Just a thought........ Any input from the experts on this setup???
