Well i went to cehvy.com and looked in the camaro section, and low and behold, they posted the engine its getting.

 

No that screen shot is very misleading....go to here: www.chevy.com/performance There talking about the 'concept' specs.

 

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that GM won't even be making the LS2 anymore by the time the Camaro is being produced (4Q 2008).

 

jeez, 21s and 22s, isn't that gonna kinda suck for racing? stylish though

 

The pre-production pics seen so far all seem to be 20s all the way around.

i heard theyre going to use the ls3 motor which is rated at 436 horsepower, the same motor in the new vettes i believe its a 6.2 liter. however, it has 436 bhp in the corvette however they will probably detune it down to 400sh so it wont compete with the vette

 

they are still advertising a 400hp LS2 6.0L.

 

In the Concept, those are Concept only specs. We don't know for sure what engnes we'll get, but the LS2 has been pretty much phased out of production, so no LS2 in the 2010 Camaro.
