Yea, that Jay Leno video is pretty good. That Z is awesome but, he stated that it will cost more then the ZL1....wtf!! Z28 were always a affordable sports car, for that kind of money there are better options out there to buy!! Still, it's a cool car and they won't be making many of them so, I guess they can price them high!

I am curious if anyone is considering getting one of these Z/28 models? Personally I think they are going a bit far with it. Never in the history of Camaro did Chevy offer such an expensive Model. I'm thinking if one is considering a 75k sports car, the Camaro is not the one on the list. I think at this point I'd strongly consider getting a Vette.
I think most of us look at the Camaro as a affordable Sports car. With Gm offering such high end models, I'm wondering if that is getting away from this idea or am I way off base?

Default Just sold my first one

We still don't have all the ordering guide info on the car but I had someone sign up for our first pre-order.

I told him I don't know the price, I don't know the delivery date, I don't even know if the car is going to have a radio in it. He didn't care. He just wants to be the first in the area to get one.

Can't wait to see it.

IDK but, if 75K is the price, wow, that is crazy, for that kind of money, I would seriously consider buying a Porsche 911, BMW M3, Mercedes C63, Audi S4 or S5 and there are so many better cars at that price point. A Z28 i supposed to be a affordable sports car. I'm not buying at that price

Just or the heck of it, I looked up the new car cost of a 1969 Z28 and the Z could of been bought for $4000 nicely equipped back in 1969 so, I used a couple of inflation calculators and the 1969 price of $4000 would equal $25,402.62!!!! So, IMO, GM is doing this wrong as usual, a new 2014 stripped down Z28 should cost less then the standard SS and at a cost of around 25K, they would sell tons of them at an affordable price like they use t back in the day and what the car is supposed to be A AFFORDABLE SPORTS CAR!!! It appears as though thieves are running the company and the camaro will probably consist of chinese made parts!! LOL So, only a fool would give GM their money for that overpriced whale!! LOL....had to say it like that!
