I can document that you're experiencing this concern and we'll do everything we can on our end to help if this should become frequently occurring, or otherwise escalates. Another option would be to seek a second dealer for a fresh diagnosis as well. You're more than welcome to contact me privately if you'd to continue the conversation.

Well, I understand that they can't replicate the sound in their shop, and I don't expect them to. BUT, they did not even make the effort to put up the car and see if there is something stuck in the wheels or somewhere else in the car and that is what actually made me mad, the fact that they did not lift a finger to try to figure it out. My father is coming in a week to visit me, he is a mechanic so I'll take him with me and go there again cause I think they treat you different if they see you don't know a ton about their work. If the 2nd attempt fails I'll contact you via pm. Thank you though.

Yes, thank god. Instead of me trying to explain what it was, take a look at their official report they gave me at the end when I picked my car up (which was 7 days straight in their garage)

Oh. thanks. I fix the problem. I took the car to the dealership. And a mechanic said that a shipping tag was placed at differentials.
