2013 Camaro 2LS V6 multiple codes
Hi everybody, having some issues with my kids car he just bought. Great deal, but having some electrical issues (figures- good deal = some troubles LOL). I don't believe the car was treated properly and I've got multiple codes and I'm leading it to ground issues. Car was scanned with my Launch X431 V Pro 4 and the codes are as follows.
EBCM- Electronic Brake Control Module
U0125-00 Lost communication with multi axis acceleration sensor
U0126-00 Lost communication with steering wheel angle sensor module
The odd thing was that it also had a C0710-5A code Steering wheel position signal not plausible and I recalibrated the steering position and that code cleared.
IRSDM-Inflatable sensing and diagnostic module
B101D-00-Electronic control unit hardware
U0140-00-Lost commkunication with BCM
The fool that owned the car before, blew the alternator and basically drove til the battery was low and then recharged the battery. I have since installed a new alternator and batteries are good. Most lost communication codes I've seen are caused by a battery, but not in this case. so my question is, does anybody have a list of the locations of all the ground points and module locations. Sorry about the long post, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Troy.
