Does anyone know if the new convertible will be a 2011 or 2012? I'm on a waiting list but will probably wait until the 2012's come out instead of buying a 2011 which would come out just months before.

The Camaro Convertible will start ordering in the 4th quarter of this year with production starting in the first quarter of 2011. As to which model year it will be I do not know.

We should have most if not all the information on the vehicle prior to production however I do not have a specific timeline on when I will be getting this information. When I do get it I will make sure to let you know.

The 2011 Camaro Convertible is expected to be competitively priced. Look for pricing information to become available in Q1 of 2011
Q4 2010:
First Consensus First DOSP Second Consensus Reveal (L.A. Auto Show)First & Second consensus (allocation) to dealers
Reveal at LA Autoshow
Q1 2011:
Catalogs in dealerships
Start of production
Pricing available
What this means is, you'll order one before you know pricing. AGAIN, every dealer can order them, but many dealers may not have allocation.
