Default 2010 LS - restoring exterior cosmetic

So I just bought my Camaro today used, 2010 model year with 80,000 miles. It has some wear outside, and I'm wondering how I'll go about fixing it - Maybe you all can provide some pointers of how you resolved similar issues on yours. I want to first address this and then the interior some and maybe some engine work not performance so much but rather to extend the engine life. I'll probably follow up with two different threads down the line for those two (interior / engine). Here's the breakdown of what I want to address: (I will attach photos soon)
- Paint peeling on the front bumper: it's quite peeled and I want to try to restore it as much as possible.
- some door dings and scratches
- removing some stickers from previous owner
- getting new rims
- maybe halo headlights?
I want to try to do it all as low budget as possible so if I can try my hand at it, I will, but I'm not entirely against paying a pro do it either. Any advice and recommendations on how to address these is much appreciated.

Well the bumper will need a repaint, best have a pro do that and shop around prices are all over the map and if you can get references.
Probably best to have a pro look at touching up scratches and dings.
You might try the dry ice dent removal trick, google it.
Goof Off should get the stickers off, rims can be found used for much less than new as people have different tastes and often change them out.
I bought halos for my '01 on ebay pretty reasonable but google them and shop around.

I just had a few things done to my car that I would recommend.

First, I had 3 dents removed by dent wizard or something like that for $200.

Second, I had a mobile paint correction place come to my house. I think his price for an entire coupe would have been around $600-$700. My cost was around $350 Because I have a convertible and the hood and trunk were beyond saving so I had them resprayed.

Best money I have ever spent. Looked like a different car.

Stickers should come off easier with a hair dryer then the goof off stuff- but I use wd40.

As for interior- when you get to it- I replaced the driver side seat bottom cover and the two plastic pieces along the bottom of the door opening (sill plate and carpet retainer) and got a new floor mat for that side and that removed about 95% of the wear in my interior. If you want to do any of that stuff and need help let me know.
