uve posted 2 new 5th gen threads recently... one about the 2ss and one about the 2lt.... what is that 2 all about? i havent been studying the 5th gen real closely.... but i would have assumed i would know what that is

Its a designation between package options. 1SS package, plus more bells and whistles = 2SS.
Same goes for the LT.

I liked the old system better...RS base model...Z28 upgrade V8....SS all the options and not the BS names they have 2lt 2SS and etc. This Cloned Challenger just dose not want make me run out and buy one. Still waiting for my perfect Corvette.

Ouch! Sad to see a newborn gone already. Insurances are usually good about totaling new vehicles from my experiences.

I don't think this system is too complicated to understand. . .LT = V6 ; SS = V8 ; 1 = basic ; 2 = upgrade with auxilary gauges ; RS = double upgrade
