RE: 1993 Z28 LT1 rough idle problem
so thats the proper way to adjust the idle? I thought I would have to go in through the computer and stuff. I'm going to put on my fuel filter, check the EGR valve, the throttle valve blades, and the throttle positioning sensor first to see if that helps anything. If not then I will try your way.

RE: 1993 Z28 LT1 rough idle problem
Well I went outside to work on my car today and trysome of the things you guys suggested. I want to check the EGR valve but I can't get my hand, a wrench, or a ratchet back there to take it off. Its so frustrating not being able to get to anything on these cars. Anyway, I was looking around and noticed this hose dangling under the car not connected to anything. I traced it and it runs down along side the intake into the vacuum control solenoid. The picture with the colored rings is not of my car but the device circled in green is the vacuum control solenoidand thats what the unconnected hose is going to. Now if I could only figure out where the other end of the hose goes. Herearesome pictures.
