You need to know what gears you have now. Check your RPO codes. You could have a 2-series 2:73 ratio most common or 3-series 3:23 which were a option. A quick check-if you DO NOT have a 1st gear select it a 2:73. Before ordering gears, make sure of which series carrier you have. Because it is a major mistake if you guess wrong.

a 3:73 takes a 3 series carrier so I really think your question is a little confusing
