any tips to install a headliner in a 1968 camaro???

I recommed buying a stock headliner from classic industries. Don't use the cheap ones with the bows, get the high quality one with the plastic board and material attached from the company. I just installed one in an 81 camaro bought from this company and it went in sweet! I was able to do this alone.
